1. Orders

2. Exchanges

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. However, worn, used, altered, or washed clothing cannot be exchanged.

Items must remain in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, if an exchange is otherwise permitted.

3. No Exchange for Washed or Worn Items

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, any clothing that has been worn, washed, ironed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used will not be eligible for exchange.

Please make sure to check the size and product carefully before wearing or washing the item.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final and no refunds are provided. Once an order has been successfully placed and paid for, the payment cannot be refunded.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

6. Product Colors

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography conditions.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
